It’s almost that time of year when the kids put away their soccer and football cleats and bring out their gloves for another season baseball and softball at West Portage Little League.
West Portage Little League has been an anchor of our community for more than 50 years. Our non-profit organization operates as an all-volunteer program and only with the financial support of local businesses, corporate and community sponsors can West Portage Little League continue that tradition for more than 600 boys and girls, ages 4-16, in divisions of baseball and softball programs every spring season.
Our League will not turn down any families with a financial hardship. More than ever, we are counting on the support of our sponsors to allow us to keep our league affordable and provide a rewarding experience for the families we serve. This year our campaign goal is to raise $30,000 to continue to fund improvements to our playing fields and to purchase team equipment and team uniforms.
